Recipe Of The Month: Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bars

Apple Cinnamon is a classic favorite, and these Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bars won’t disappoint. Whatever your apple cinnamon-cravings desire!

Ingredients:
¾ cup skim milk
½ cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup apple sauce
¼ cup honey
1 cup grated apple
1 egg1
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients and mix well
2. Add the 4 remaining ingredients and stir until are combined
3. Spoon into a greased 9×9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes
4. Let cool
