The 2015 High Five Tour Is Under Way – And It’s Coming To Ohio!

The Wounded Warriors Family Support 6th Annual High Five Tour is under way!

The 2015 High Five Tour is a four-month road trip in which members of Wounded Warriors Family Support travel across the United States to thank Americans for their appreciation and support for military families, and the sacrifices they must make, when America goes to war.

During the tour, the new 2015 BraunAbility MXV Ford Explorer and a 2015 Ford F-150, will travel over 26,000 miles and visit over 100 cities in 48 states, including (but not yet limited to) five cities in Ohio.

The 2015 Tour is promoting Wounded Warriors Family Support’sMobility is Freedom” program. The mission? To raise over $1 million worth of the mobility-equipped BraunAbility MXV Ford Explorers for severely wounded veterans.

The BraunAbility MXV Ford Explorer is the industry’s first mobility crossover vehicle. Built on the Ford Explorer chassis, the conversions include a brand-new door operation and an innovative in-floor ramp system. An adventurous and spacious alternative to the traditional minivan, the MXV has the ability to seat four passengers and has removable seating for extra interior space.

Wounded Warriors Family Support will continue to stop at events across the nation to showcase the new mobility vehicle and its accessible features. Americans everywhere are encouraged to attend an event on the tour and to sign a message of support on the tour vehicles.
